Whilst uncertain to the full extent of these, Aerith can commune with the life force of the planet (FF7's, that is). She can also sense and communicate with the spirits of the deceased. Along with a variety of other interesting abilities...
⯌ Staves She is capable of wielding a variety of staves with no shortage of skills. This possible could extend to other stave-like items.
⯌ Magic Her limit break skills tend to be support-based, in one fashion or another, from healing magic to empowering other limit breaks, to debuffing enemies (i.e., Seal Evil).

⯌ Mental Contact Not sure if Aerith's Cetra abilities extend here, but it might be possible. Either way, this is fine.

⯌ Kissing Certainly can apply. If it heads in that direction!
⯌ Romance She's not very good at this kind of thing and is more inclined to warn people away from this. She isn't going to be an easy individual to romance, but you're welcome to try.
